Cancellation Policy

At Vitaly Aesthetic, we understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate our clients whenever possible. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy.

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed may be subject to cancellation.

Appointment Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment:

  • $99 deposit — Botox®, fillers, facial harmonization, and CO₂ laser treatments.
  • $49 deposit — Facial and skincare treatments.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled treatment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits forfeited due to a late cancellation or no-show are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied toward future appointments or treatments.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time of our providers and fellow clients.

Late Arrival Policy

At Vitaly Aesthetic, we are committed to providing every client with a personalized, unhurried experience while keeping our schedule running smoothly.

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this period, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may be considered a no-show, depending on whether the treatment can still be safely and appropriately completed within the remaining appointment time.

If the appointment must be cancelled due to late arrival, the applicable $49 or $99 deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied toward a future appointment.

If you anticipate being late, please call or text Vitaly Aesthetic as soon as possible. While accommodation cannot be guaranteed, our team will always do our best to assist you.
